The Need
We have over 800 people each week gathering in multiple services and ministries in a building designed for a maximum of 300, and we have been growing at a rate of over 25% per year for six years. We need space! The perceived need is for sanctuary space and that is true but it is a space used only once during the week. The rest of the building is used almost daily. Our Awana program on Wednesday night used every available space including the sanctuary. Our youth program spreads out on Sunday night from narthex to sanctuary to the gym.

Property Expansion

• 16 acres of property added, making our property 25.5 acres
• New Driveway entrance on 208
• Parking Lot expansion with 100+ spaces
• Septic to Sewer hook-up to 208
• New ball field excavated (backstop, infield, etc) and soccer field areas on new property

Building Renovations

• 2,000+ square feet of renovations
• New enlarged women's restrooms
• Renovated men's bathroom.
• Enlarged hallway, lobby and access to education wing
• One classroom resized and renovated
• One office enlarged and renovated
• Library/Office renovated
• New drinking fountains
• New roof for old narthex area
• Gymnasium renovated for 2nd Venue Service

• 10,000 square feet of new building with room for 386 students
