Consider Isaiah Isaiah is a comforting letter of a loving Father to his favorite son. We begin our reading with several introductory passages then beginning in Chapter 40, as God begins "Comfort ye, Comfort ye my people" saith our God. You are listening God comforting his children whom He had to discipline. As you read, look for the Lord, His faithfulness, His names, His character, and His promises to you. NKJV NIV
