Has God ever answered your prayers? Can you think of even one? Maybe two? Maybe hundreds?
It's so easy to forget God's goodness. We pray. God answers. Like the ten lepers ( ) We go about our business without even thinking of going back to thank God, let alone shout it from the housetops.
David disciplined himself to "…make my boast in the Lord." Boasting or bragging On God was a theme of his heart. Look at verses 1-5. Here is a testimony. Here is a guy who refuses to be quiet when God does something good, when God answers prayer.
