Grove City Alliance Church, a church that ministers to over 800 people weekly in Grove City, Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced worship pastor.
We are looking for a creative, faith-filled, people-oriented person who is gifted with a high level of musical abilities and expertise,
organizational skills and a passion for Jesus Christ to join our pastoral staff as our worship pastor.
We are contemporary and passionate in our worship style.
The worship pastor will be part of a dynamic pastoral staff as part of a team effort to lift up Jesus Christ in worship, prayer,
fellowship and teaching. The worship pastor's responsibilities include providing vision and direction to our worship ministries,
overseeing the weekly worship, vocal and instrumental music ministries, as well as all aspects of administration.
The worship pastor must be a leader of worshipers, a person with a proven record of accomplishments, musical abilities and leadership.
He should be someone who "leads by example". He is to be creative, resourceful, a problem-solver, and a passionate worshiper himself.
We prefer someone with at least 5 years of experience in leading a congregation of 800 people with about 160 music volunteers.
We will consider others of lesser experience provided they are anointed worship leaders with a broad range of musical skills.
