Meet Our Worship Pastor

PastorDave Our worship pastor, who has been with us since 2003, is Dave Prentice. Dave was born in 1980 and raised most of his life just down the road in Butler, PA. He grew up in the Christian and Missionary Alliance and attended Toccoa Falls College in North East Georgia. While at Toccoa, "studying," he met his wife Pam, a Florida native. They have been happily married for 4 years and have two little boys: Tyler and Eli.

Pastor Dave is an accomplished Musician, pianist, vocalist, and rehearsal technician who has had experience leading and traveling with the music ministry team "Rejoice" from Toccoa Falls College. Pam and Dave traveled with this team for 5 years. They traveled across the country and even had a couple of opportunities to go on mission trips to South America. In their ministry they shared the gospel through song and lead worship in churches, schools, prisons and camps, doing over 150 concerts per year. While in college, Dave also had the pleasure of participating in (and many times producing) several studio albums with various ensembles at the college. He is an experienced sound technician, who was on staff as a sound tech while in college running sound and lighting in Toccoa's 1500 seat performing arts center, Grace Chapel. While in college he was the college choir accompanist, and accompanied many other ensembles and soloists, he was pianist for the Toccoa Symphony Orchestra, and served on staff at Grace Baptist church in their music department. All of these things have trained and shaped Dave into the person he is today, a man who loves the Lord, who loves people, and loves to lead them to the Lord's presence in worship.

Dave graduated from Toccoa Falls in 2003, with a degree in Church Music with an emphasis in Piano Performance and Choral Conducting. Pam who graduated in 2003 as well, with a degree in Christian Counseling, is Dave's partner, not only in marriage, but in ministry as well. She helps Dave with Worship Team, choir, and even some of the teaching. Dave and Pam had many great experiences that have greatly helped prepare them for their current ministry. May the Lord bless them and give them many years with us.
